Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026. By buying from Acme Outfitters, you agree to these terms. We've kept them plain — no traps in the fine print.

Orders and pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and shown on each product page. We may update prices over time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is mispriced due to an obvious error, or is unavailable; if we do, we refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is due at checkout and processed by a third-party payment provider. Placing an order confirms you're authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping

We ship within 2 business days to the US, Canada, the UK, and the EU. US shipping is free; international is a flat $20. Delivery times and any customs duties are covered on our Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; if a package arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.

Returns

You may return a product within 90 days of delivery for a full refund, per our Returns policy. Returns must not be damaged from misuse or neglect.

Lifetime guarantee

Our pans carry a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects for the original owner, and we offer free re-seasoning for life. The guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship — cracks, casting flaws, warping not caused by misuse. It does not cover normal wear, cosmetic changes from use, rust from neglect, or damage from abuse or accidents. Our remedy is, at our discretion, repair or replacement; we favor repair. Product use

Cast iron gets extremely hot and stays hot. Use appropriate handling and follow our care guidance. You're responsible for safe use in your own kitchen.

Intellectual property

The Acme Outfitters name, logo, site content, and photography are ours. Please don't reproduce them without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one that applies to your order.
