We keep shipping simple: free across the US, one flat rate everywhere else we go. No surprise fees at checkout, no tiered upsells.

Costs

Timing

Every order leaves our shop within 2 business days. Cast iron is packed by hand so it arrives in one piece — we don't rush a box out the door half-taped.

• US delivery: typically 3–5 business days after it ships.
• Canada / UK / EU: longer, and subject to customs in your country. Any import duties or taxes are set by your local authority and are the buyer's responsibility.

Where we ship

United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. If you're outside those regions and want a pan, email hello@acme-outfitters.example — we'll tell you honestly whether we can get it to you.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. If it hasn't moved in a few days, or the box arrives damaged, reply to that email and we'll make it right.

Holiday and gift orders

Around the holidays, order with a little buffer — our 2-business-day handling time still holds, but carriers slow down in December. If you're shipping a gift straight to the recipient, add a note at checkout and we'll leave the price off the packing slip.
